Return Policy Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

 To Return an Item:

1. Contact us at Serendipitygear@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. 

2. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

 Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 Non-Returnable Items:

To Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:

 1. Notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by emailing Serendipitygear@yahoo.com. 

2. Return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds:

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
